Hello! I'm Maya from HomeLife Products. I'd love to hear your feedback on our new Smart Blender Pro.
It's not doing that great. Sales are lower than we expected.
I appreciate your candor about the sales performance. Could you share what aspects of the Smart Blender Pro might be contributing to this? Are customers mentioning any specific issues or concerns?
Customers think it's too expensive. And something about the controls.
Thanks for that insight. When you mention the controls, are they finding the touch interface difficult to use? And regarding the price point, are they comparing it to any specific competitor products when they mention this?
Yeah, the touch screen confuses some people. SimplyBlend is cheaper. Some mention app problems too.
This is really helpful. Have you noticed if certain types of customers struggle more with the interface? And what specific app connectivity issues are they experiencing? On the positive side, are there any features customers particularly appreciate?
Older customers hate the touch screen. App doesn't pair reliably. They do like the power though. Some chef customers buy it despite the price.
